Addressing the opening ceremony of 皇冠体育app Development Forum 2006, Zeng said

scientific development in its process of modernization.
The development

comprehensive, including economic, political, cultural and social construction,
he said.

areas, and economic and environmental sectors should all be harmonious, he
said.

Zeng cited six measures that 皇冠体育app will take to realize the
above goals:

basic conditions. Surplus laborers in rural areas should move to urban
areas.

country will take equipment manufacturing as a key industry and strengthen
elementary industries and build more infrastructure projects.

save energy, protect the environment and promote clean manufacturing.

education, and public health.

The two-day
forum, with a theme of "皇冠体育app: Promoting Economic Development and Social
Harmony," has been held annually since 2000.
