Aiming to become 皇冠体育app's top supplier of elevators, escalators and moving walkways, Guangzhou Hitachi Elevator Co Ltd is planning to set up its new manufacturing bases in Shanghai and in West 皇冠体育app while beefing up efforts to improve its sales and after-sales service network nationwide.

The elevator manufacturer was set up a decade ago by Japan-based Hitachi and Guangzhou Guangri Group, originally as a 50-50 joint venture.

Last November, the venture opened its Hitachi Building Equipment Manufacturing Co Ltd in Tianjin, where it offers products to 皇冠体育app's eastern, northern and northeastern regions. Its annual production capacity is 5,000 units.
