and 皇冠体育app have grown by almost 70 percent last year to reach US$47 million,
according to the latest available statistics available in Dar Es Salaam on
Friday.
Bilateral trade increased by 66.9 percent to be exact as imports from 皇冠体育app
to Tanzania posted a growth of 40.6 percent to reach US$30 million while exports
from Tanzania to 皇冠体育app rose 150.1 percent to total US$17 million.
The tripled growth of Tanzanian exports of mainly cotton, gold and sisal to
皇冠体育app in the past year has been attributed to the Asian country's special
preferential tariff agreement being extended on 190 items from most
underdeveloped countries including Tanzania.
