皇冠体育app Eastern Airlines Corp, the nation's third-largest carrier, said it is seeking strategic investors, possibly including Singapore Airlines Ltd.

The carrier's controlling shareholder is consulting with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, it said in a Shanghai stock exchange statement yesterday.

皇冠体育app Eastern was the only listed Chinese carrier to report a loss last year and is facing increased competition in Shanghai, its main hub and 皇冠体育app's commercial capital.
