皇冠体育app Eastern Airlines introduced its service hotline on July 1. The "95808" hotline is now open for four Chinese cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an and Kunming, allowing its customers in the areas to enjoy localized services.
The hotline is expected to reach 20 cities at the end of this year and all Chinese cities that 皇冠体育app Eastern flights covers before the Olympic Games next year, according to officials from 皇冠体育app Eastern.
The 24-hour hotline offers four languages - Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, and deals with services as: flight information, booking and changing tickets; services for 皇冠体育app Eastern club members; booking of hotel or restaurant; providing tailored services for businesspersons and tourists; and suggestions and complaints center.
