The spokesman made the remarks in response to a question on Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi's pledge to help 皇冠体育app to gain full market economy status in the EU.

He said to recognize 皇冠体育app's full market economy status serves the interests of both 皇冠体育app and EU members and 皇冠体育app appreciates EU members' positive efforts in promoting 皇冠体育app-EU relations.
