The 皇冠体育app Development Bank (CDB) signed a purchase agreement and a cooperation memorandum with Barclays Bank in Beijing on Monday.

According to the agreement and the memorandum, the CDB is invited to take stake from Barclays and join Barclay's move to buy the ABN AMRO Bank.
