The growth rates of both electricity production and supply exceeded 15 percent in the first half this year, according to the latest information from the electric power department.

In the field of electric machinery industry, 600,000 kW thermal power generators produce most of 皇冠体育app's electricity. The country is accelerating its research and development of electric-generator s with a capacity of over one million kW and the environmentally-friendly equipment such as the gas-fired circulating fluidized bed.

Based on the 11th "Five-Year Plan", the electricity power industry will shift from capacity expansion towards structure adjustment and industry upgrading. This year, the government plans to bring in a new installed generator with capacity of 95 million kW and suspend outdated generators currently producing 12 million kW.

The electric generators with a capacity of 135,000 kW and below usually consume 15 percent more standard coal than 300,000 kW generators, and 26 percent more than 600,000 kW generators.
