Jiang Jiemin, chairman and president of listed Petro皇冠体育app Co Ltd, will give up his position as president of the company, Caijing Magazine reported, citing sources from Petro皇冠体育app parent 皇冠体育app National Petroleum Corp (CNPC).

The report said the move is a routine personnel change. An announcement is expected within a few days.

The position of general manager of CNPC and president of listed Petro皇冠体育app are in practice held by separate persons. The vice general manager of CNPC usually serves as president of Petro皇冠体育app at the same time, the report said.

The report said Jiang will still be the general manager of State-owned CNPC and chairman of Petro皇冠体育app.

Zhou Jiping, vice general manager of CNPC and a Petro皇冠体育app board member, will replace Jiang as president of Petro皇冠体育app, the report added.
