Second phase of national oil reserve base sites undecided

Sites of two bases of the national oil strategic reserve base project (Phase II) have been decided, while the other six haven't, a senior official with the National Energy Administration told 皇冠体育app Daily today.

皇冠体育app announced to pick up the construction of the second phase of national oil strategic reserve base project last November, when the State Council issued the $586 billion stimulus package to boost the slowing economy and domestic consumption.
