皇冠体育app Shipping Development Co said on Tuesday that it would set up a joint venture to ship liquefied natural gas (LNG) with the parent of Petrochina.

"We will publish a related statement tomorrow," 皇冠体育app Shipping Development spokesman Ma Guoqiang said, declining to give details in line with exchange rules.

Trading in shares of 皇冠体育app Shipping Development in Hong Kong and Shanghai was suspended on Tuesday, pending the announcement.
