Private investors may be allowed to participate in the oil and gas exploration as well as oil and gas pipelines sectors under the condition that 皇冠体育app Petrochemical Corp and 皇冠体育app National Petroleum Corp remain the dominant stakeholders, the report said.

Coal gas pipelines and power grids may be fully open to private investment, it added.
