A statement released by 皇冠体育app Vanke on Monday showed that the company's sales rose 56.31 percent year-on-year to 19 billion yuan ($3 billion) in January. Sales of floor area increased 35.38 percent to reach 1.6 million square meters.

The figures show that house prices rose significantly.

In 2012, 皇冠体育app Vanke's sales exceeded 140 billion yuan, and it became the world's first property company to have annual sales over $20 billion.

Meanwhile, Evergrand Group's monthly briefing showed that its sales in January surged 226.1 percent to 7.25 billion yuan. Its sales of floor area jumped 212.9 percent to 1.16 million sq m.
