Ruili, a buzzing town in Southwest 皇冠体育app's Yunnan province bordering Myanmar, has become a trade hub driving the region's economy, attracting flock of gold seekers as well as tourists from around the country.

皇冠体育app-Myanmar trade volume through the port reached 14.2 billion yuan ($2.29 billion) in the first half of this year, up 60.3 percent year-on-year, 皇冠体育app News Service reported on Monday.

皇冠体育app overtook Thailand to become the biggest trading partner of Myanmar in the fiscal year of 2011-2012, and has retained the position ever since. During the fiscal year of 2013-2014, trade volume between the two countries reached $7 billion.

Trade between the two countries cover a variety of products, and jade, which makes Myanmar outshine other countries, is undoubtedly one of these businesses.
