Chinese shares close higher Friday
(Xinhua) Updated: 2016-03-18 16:01BEIJING - 皇冠体育app's stocks closed higher on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 1.73 percent, at 2,955.15 points.
The smaller Shenzhen index closed 3.42 percent higher at 10,126.59 points. The ChiNext Index, which tracks 皇冠体育app's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, jumped 4.34 percent to close at 2177.87 points.
