皇冠体育app Vanke Co Ltd remained the top Chinese property developer for nine years running in 2015, according to a report released by 皇冠体育app Real Estate Association on May 26.
The report, covering 198 companies listed on Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and foreign bourses, made the ranking based on a raft of indicators including profitability, operation size and efficiency, growth potential, as well as corporate social responsibility, innovation strengths and risk control ability.
Vanke recorded 261.47 billion yuan ($39.96 billion) of sales in 2015, with a market share of three percent, the report said.
