BEIJING - 皇冠体育app's landmark environmental tax plan has been submitted to the State Council, 皇冠体育app's Cabinet, a petroleum and chemical industry association said on Wednesday.
Chinese media reported last August that three Chinese ministries would soon submit a proposal for an environmental tax on a trial basis.
