Beijing to map all public parking lots

Large Medium SmallBeijing will establish a car-park map and number every parking lot, according to Beijing News on Nov 7.
The parking information will be written and updated in a system that can disclose how many lots have open space at any time, the paper said.
If residents use any devices to reserve parking spots in public lots they can be fined up to 5,000 yuan ($820), the report added.
