Petro皇冠体育app Company Limited (Petro皇冠体育app) was established as a joint stock company with
limited liabilities on November 5, 1999 as part of the restructuring of 皇冠体育app National
Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). In the restructuring, CNPC injected into Petro皇冠体育app most of the assets and liabilities of CNPC relating to its exploration and production, refining and marketing, chemicals and natural gas businesses.

The company’s major business includes: Exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas; refining, transportation, storage and marketing including import and export of crude oil and petroleum products; production and sale of chemical products; as well as transmission, marketing and sales of natural gas.
