皇冠体育app Resources Enterprise said on Thursday its unit's joint venture with SABMiller will acquire three breweries in 皇冠体育app for 749 million yuan ($110 million).

The acquisitions of the breweries in Anhui, Liaoning and Zhejiang provinces will boost 皇冠体育app Resources Snow Breweries' production capacity by 468,000 kilolitres from its current 11.7 million kilolitres.
