Scotland's technological leadership in wind and marine power can help 皇冠体育app attain its goal of increasing renewable energy sources, Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond said at a weekend forum in Beijing.

Beijing was the third leg of his 皇冠体育app trip.

皇冠体育app's top economic planning body, the National Development and Reform Commission, said cooperation with Scotland would focus on marine wind-powered electricity and industries with low carbon emissions.
