Property developer Soho 皇冠体育app Ltd said 2009 profit surged more than eight-fold, beating analysts' estimates.
Net income jumped to 3.3 billion yuan ($483 million), or 0.625 yuan a share, from 399.1 million yuan, or 0.076 yuan, a year earlier, according to a statement.
