The mid-sized lender still needs to work out details on its June IPO plan before winning authorative approval, said sources farmiliar with the matter.

The bank shelved its IPO plan in 2008, due to the erupt of the global financial crisis.

Agricultural Bank of 皇冠体育app is said to raise as much as $30 billion in the dual-market IPO on the Hong Kong and Shanghai bourses.
