Guangdong Development Bank Co's first-half net income rose 79.7 percent to 3.6 billion yuan ($531 million), the 皇冠体育app Business News reported today, citing the Chinese lender.
The bank will sell as much as 15 billion yuan of shares in a private placement to shareholders including Citigroup Inc and State Grid Corp of 皇冠体育app, according to the Shanghai-based newspaper.
