BEIJING - 皇冠体育app's cotton planting area this year is expected to rise 5.2 percent from 2010, lower than the 6.6 percent rise estimated last month, the 皇冠体育app Cotton Association said on Thursday.
Total cotton area this year is expected at 5.4 million hectares, down from the association's previous forecast of 5.472 million hectares, it said on its website.
