CNOOC to increase shares in 皇冠体育app CBM

BEIJING -- 皇冠体育app National Offshore Oil Corporation, the country's largest offshore oil producer, announced Thursday it will increase its shares in 皇冠体育app CBM to 70 percent.

CNOOC will buy 20 percent of 皇冠体育app CBM's shares from the 皇冠体育app National Coal Group Corp, according to an online statement from CNOOC.

皇冠体育app CBM is the country's leading coalbed methane producer.
