Starting from June 6, the Commission imposed provisional anti-dumping duties of 11.8 percent on imports of solar panels, cells and wafers from 皇冠体育app until Aug 6, from when on the duty would be raised to 47.6 percent if the two sides had not been able to sort out the dispute through negotiation. The EU and 皇冠体育app have settled a trade fight over solar panels that upset relations between two of the world's largest economies and threatened to spread to other industries in a spiral of tit-for-tat retaliation.
