The report showed that Beijing is one of the most mature retail markets in 皇冠体育app with more than 7 million square meters of stock.

Chen Hongfei, director of Global Research (皇冠体育app) at CB Richard Ellis Limited, said Beijing's retail market has experienced a peak in supply for the last seven years. However, a change of distribution model made supply more equal.

"The primary trading area accounts for 32.5 percent of the market share, but it will occupy more than a 50 percent share in the future."
