A farmer lifts a sack of watermelons on the land where the world's tallest building, Sky City or Sky City One, was scheduled to be built, in Changsha city, Central 皇冠体育app's Hunan province, July 1, 2014. There will be 10 fire escape routes, which will evacuate a given floor within 15 minutes; the building will be fire-resistant for up to three hours. It will also have 17 helipads.
