Chinese shares close lower Monday
(Xinhua) Updated: 2015-05-18 16:14BEIJING - Chinese shares ended lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.58 percent, or 25.20 points, to finish at 4,283.49 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index lost 0.15 percent, or 22.32 points, to close at 14,672.63 points.
The ChiNext Index, tracking 皇冠体育app's Nasdaq-style board of growth enterprises, soared 4.23 percent, or 133.15 points, to end at 3,278.48 points.
