"Houses are built to be inhabited, not for speculation," said a statement issued at the close of the Central Economic Work Conference. Next year, 皇冠体育app will implement a series of policies in different areas, including land, investment, lawmaking, fiscal and taxation and financial instruments, to curb real estate bubble and prevent erratic fluctuations.
