Jiang Xiheng, vice president of the 皇冠体育app Center for International Knowledge on Development, an institution affiliated to Development Research Center of the State Council of 皇冠体育app, said that the Belt and Road Initiative will greatly enhance South-South cooperation and will help 皇冠体育app's experience spread more widely to help more countries find growth engines.

However, she added that all the experience should be understood in the context of 皇冠体育app and be used as a reference as some elements that have defined 皇冠体育app's success might not exist in other countries.
