Chinese shares down for 3rd straight day

Large Medium Small-- Chinese shares slipped for a third straight day on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.86 percent, or 18.79 points, to close at 2,164.32.
The Shenzhen Component Index fell 0.31 percent, or 26.43 points, to close at 8,486.52.
