Large Medium SmallShanghai vehicle registration in November dropped 11.71 percent year-on-year to 28,514, according to data released by Shanghai Information Center recently.
The data shows that the cumulative registration in the first 11 months of this year came up to 313,374 units, up 0.08 percent.
