BEIJING - Volkswagen 皇冠体育app started to recall 486 vehicles due to sunroof design defects on Friday, according to 皇冠体育app's quality watchdog.

The recall involves imported Magotan produced between Oct 14, 2015 and Feb 9, 2016, according to a statement from 皇冠体育app's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

Due to design defects, the sunroof of these vehicles may not function properly and pose safety risks, according to the statement.

The carmaker will fix the module for free to eliminate the risks.
