Have Aniston and Jolie made peace?

ANI | Updated: 2006-08-28 16:04
Has Jennifer Aniston genuinely forgiven Angelina Jolie for breaking her marriage with Brad Pitt? And has Ms. Jolie finally accepted Aniston as her lover's past?

Well according to latest inside reports, arch rivals Aniston and Jolie after going through one of Hollywood's most publicised fall-outs ever, have at last taken steps top bury the hatchet.

The 'Tomb raider' actress, who reportedly snubbed Aniston when she called to congratulate the couple on the birth of their daughter Shiloh three months ago, is now having several peaceful conversations with his beau's ex.

"Angelina has had several conversations with Jennifer," the Daily Mail quoted a friend Jolie, as saying.

"Jennifer is still close to Brad's parents and Angelina has accepted she is part of Brad's past in the same way her ex-husband, Jonny Lee Miller, is part of hers. She has no problem with Brad speaking to his ex", the friend added.

Those close to Jolie have revealed that though they haven’t become the best of friends, the duo has decided to stop the cold war.

"On occasions when Jennifer has called Brad, Angelina has answered his phone. From what I hear, she is friendly. While neither is going to pour out their hearts to the other, they are perfectly civil", a source said.
