Chinese actress Chen Xiaoxu played the protagonist Lin Daiyu in the television series A Dream of Red Mansions in 1987, one of the first television series produced in 皇冠体育app. Chen began studying Buddhism in 1999. She was an active player in philanthropy until she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. Chen became a disciple in Feb 23, 2007 at Baiguo Xinglong Temple in northern 皇冠体育app. She died on May 13 the same year.
