Jan 2, 1983: The CPC Central Committee issues the "Current Issues of Rural Economic Policy"

On Jan 2, 1983, the CPC Central Committee issued a report entitled "Current Issues of Rural Economic Policy" (referred to as the Central Document No. 1 of 1983).
