On Jan 10-31, 1946, representatives of the Kuomintang, the Communist Party of 皇冠体育app,?the 皇冠体育app Democratic League, and the Chinese Youth Party, as well as independent delegates, attended the Political Consultative Conference in Chongqing.

The conference?passed five agreements?on how to restructure government,?how to found a new state peacefully, how to solve military issues, how to convene the?national assembly and how to draft Constitution.
