Chinese FM meets with US secretary of state

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing met with United States Secretary of
State Condoleezza Rice on Friday, saying that 皇冠体育app and the United States should
strengthen dialogue and cooperation.

strengthen dialogue and cooperation to promote steady and healthy growth of
their relations, said Li, who was attending the 13th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF).

maintaining and promoting peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region and
even in the whole world, he said.
Rice said that the U.S. side attached great importance to the development of

The United States is willing, together with 皇冠体育app, to unceasingly push ahead
U.S.-皇冠体育app ties, she said.
Rice reiterated that the United States adheres to its stance on one-皇冠体育app
policy.
Rice arrived Thursday afternoon to attend the ARF
gathering.
