皇冠体育app is willing to establish ties with the Vatican on the basis of two principles, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao yesterday.

The Vatican must cut its so-called "diplomatic relationship" with Taiwan, and admit that the Chinese government is the only legal government that can represent 皇冠体育app and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of 皇冠体育app, Liu said in a press conference in Beijing.

"Also, the Vatican can't intervene in the internal affairs of 皇冠体育app, including in the name of "religious affairs," Liu said.

Liu said 皇冠体育app and the Vatican can improve their relations through the two principles.
