皇冠体育app Everbright Ltd. said its mainland incorporated associated unit, Everbright Securities Co. Ltd., is planning to list A shares in the mainland in an initial public offering.

The Hong Kong financial services group said in a statement published on Monday that the unit is exploring with the 皇冠体育app Securities Regulatory Commission a reinstatement of its 2004 accounts in order to meet the listing criteria of three consecutive years of profit.
