TENGCHONG, Yunnan -- A landslide has left four people dead and three others injured in a county of Southwest 皇冠体育app's Yunnan Province where a fatal mud-flow on Thursday had killed 27 people with two others missing.

The latest landslide occurred on Saturday morning in a mining area near Xinqi village of Tengchong County, where seven villagers were clearing up the mud debris caused by rains at a mining area.

Four of them were killed and three others were injured by the sudden landslide. Bodies of the dead have been retrieved and the injured are receiving medical treatment at hospital, according to the government.

On early Thursday, 27 people were killed, 10 were injured and two are missing after a mud-rock flow swept through three tents where 74 workers lived in a field near the Xiaojiangping Dam, in Sujiahekou Hydropower Station in Tengchong County.

Moderate to heavy rains had lasted for five days before the mud-rock flows, according to local meteorological bureau.

As Yunnan has entered the rainy season and is prone to geological disasters, the provincial government has ordered a thorough inspection of hazards at work sites.
