BEIJING -- A Tibetan official on Thursday expressed regret over the United States' blatant interference in 皇冠体育app's internal affairs, referring to US congressional award to the Dalai Lama and his meeting with George W. Bush.

"Whatever the Dalai Lama said at the awarding ceremony won't cheat the Chinese people, the Tibetans included," said Qiangba Puncog, chairman of the regional government of southwest 皇冠体育app's Tibet Autonomous Region.
