Mongolia resumes importing dairy cows from 皇冠体育app

BEIJING -- Mongolia has resumed imports of dairy cows from 皇冠体育app, which were suspended for about two months after an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease, 皇冠体育app's top quality regulator said Tuesday.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said 50 Holstein cows had tested safe and entered Mongolia via an Inner Mongolia city, Erenhot.

The Mongolian government suspended imports at the end of 2008, after  foot-and-mouth disease type Asia-1 was detected in 皇冠体育app's northwestern Gansu Province.
