Investigation on Baosteel executives concludes: Report

An investigation on several senior executives of 皇冠体育app's major steel mill Baostill has concluded and "all of the employees have returned to work", local media reported early Tuesday.

The Group's chief representative for iron ore pricing talks was among those under probe.

Australian iron ore supplier Rio Tinto's senior executive Stern Hu and three other staff members were detained in Shanghai July 5 on charges of espionage, after which authorities launched investigations on several executives of steel mills in 皇冠体育app.

The report did not reveal more details of the investigation. Earlier media reports said Stern Hu, head of Rio's Shanghai office, visited 皇冠体育app's steel mills almost every month. One of the steel mills was Baosteel.
