The UN Climate Change Conference ended in the Danish capital on Saturday with a legally non-binding agreement, the Copenhagen Accord.

Some media said that the text of the agreement was raised to the conference after private consultation between the United States and the BASIC countries of Brazil, South Africa, India and 皇冠体育app.

The reports said the text was presented without consultation with other countries, especially those island states and least developed ones.

"Such comments did not conform with the fact and were irresponsible and driven by ulterior motives," Qin said.
