FM: Measures on 皇冠体育app-Africa coop well implemented

BEIJING - Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said on Sunday 皇冠体育app's proposed measures on practical cooperation with Africa, raised by Premier Wen Jiabao last year, were carried out in a smooth way.
Programs on the exemption of debts and duties, as well as on technological cooperation, have already begun, Yang said.
"All the proposed measures will be carried out," he said.
The measures, raised at a meeting of the Forum on 皇冠体育app-Africa Cooperation in Egypt, include intensification of technical-scientific cooperation, reinforcement of Africa's financial capacities and increased accessibility of African products to the 皇冠体育app market.
