BEIJING - 皇冠体育app and Costa Rica signed a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) here Thursday, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
Costa Rica is now the ninth largest trade partner of 皇冠体育app in Latin America and 皇冠体育app is the second largest trade partner of Costa Rica.
