TIANJIN - The fourth Ministerial Meeting of the 皇冠体育app-Arab Cooperation Forum opened Thursday in north 皇冠体育app's Tianjin.
The two sides will discuss upgrading their relationship to a strategic level and release an action plan for a cooperation blueprint in the next two years.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao attended the meeting and will deliver a ?speech.
